Welcome to angel_hasshi, community dedicated to the A.B.C-Z member Hashimoto Ryosuke! This community is for sharing our love for this boy so feel free to post anything and everything about our little angel! XD (Although be sure to read the rules first!) This community is moderated by hydeist_wannabe, so please contact me if there's anything you want to ask.
Hashimoto Ryosuke is a talent from Johnny's Entertainment. He joined the agency September 8, 2004 through an audition televised on the Ya-Ya-yah show. Hey!Say!JUMP member Yamada Ryosuke (and ex-member Morimoto Ryutaro) and Mis Snow Man's Fukasawa Tatsuya and Abe Ryohei were also at this audition. (Hasshi and Yamada jokingly refer to each other as "rivals" since they have the same name, are the same age, and joined through the same audition.) During his Fresh Junior times Hasshi often appeared in photoshoots with Fukasawa.
Hashimoto was added to the pre-existing junior group J.J.Express in 2005 along with some other Fresh Juniors including Fukasawa and Morimoto, making it a 9-member group. Hasshi's closest friend in J.J.Express was Takaki Yuya (together the two of them are referred to as TakaHasshi) and they still appear to be good friends, even after J.J.Express was dissolved to create and debut Hey!Say!Jump! in September 2007. After that Hasshi was shuffled within the Juniors, often with another ex-J.J.Express member, Kamei Taku, and Mis Snow Man/Noonboyz members Sanada Yuma and Nozawa Yuki (after Kamei Taku quit the agency). In SUMMARY 2008 (August) this group was introduced with the name TOP3, but near the end of SUMMARY it was announced Hasshi would join the well-established group Acrobat Boys Club (A.B.C.), which has been renamed A.B.C-Z, the Z representing 'Zero' or a new beginning.
Hasshi says the members of his new group A.B.C-Z are all his respected, admired and loved sempais (he became close with fellow member Totsuka Shota soon after joining the agency), and the members have commented that after Hasshi joined, the group has become "younger" and more energetic (Hasshi is the youngest by 6 years). They tease Hasshi a lot, because he often mistakes words and is not good with kanji. He has a hard time controlling his facial expressions on stage - although he acts cool and sexy during performances, he usually cracks up at the end, and is bad with controlling himself during talks.
Hasshi seems to have a special skill in friending his sempais in the agency. Many of the older debuted Johnny's, like Kamenashi Kazuya (KAT-TUN) and Takizawa Hideaki (Tackey & Tsubasa) like bullying him, and Hasshi's biggest achievement is probably befriending Shibutani Subaru (Kanjani8) during DREAM BOYS 2009. What is unique about Hasshi is that he uses casual language with his sempais, and not polite language like a kouhai normally would - however the sempais seem to find this endearing and amusing, because Hasshi is simply so childish and innocent they know he doesn't mean anything bad with it, it's simply how he is.
Hasshi is known as a natural 'boke' character - being able to easily lighten an atmosphere and joke around. He is often referred to as an idiot or airhead, but none of the sempais or other juniors mean it in a bad way, because Hasshi is simply honest with himself. The gap between Hasshi's looks and personality is what makes him interesting for the people around him and for his fans; he looks much older and more mature than his age (especially when singing) but he acts like a child, even building his own robot from bottles and cardboard boxes in the dressing rooms, or bugging the other juniors to play with him, and seems to like hugging his fellow members too, especially Totsuka.
On December 9, 2011 it was announced A.B.C-Z would release a debut DVD single, which marks their official major debut as of February 1, 2012.
